• We can co-ordinate the design process so that budget controls are considered.
• We can co-ordinate site establishment details and services such as soil-testing, feature surveying, demolition, connection/disconnection of services
• Realistic budgeting / costing – we believe in “portraying the real picture”, so we spend time in costing your projects down to the n’th degree to make sure we have made adequate allowances, provisions.

Project contract basis

• We offer a fixed project management fee agreement or
• We  also ofer a standard stage payment system

Construction

• We have been in the industry for over 10 years, and understand individual quality requirements,
• One of our directors personally oversee the control of the project, from the 1st time soil is moved until the final handover.
• We are flexible in our approach, changes are accommodated usually without any issues
• We provide expert advice through the project,
• We only employ or commission skilled tradespeople who share our vision,
